I have recently taken on the role of Small Groups Coordinator.. and have been praying, and asking God to reveal His heart on the matter..

My prayer and focus for Small Groups, is that it be the “Glue”..

I feel the biggest problem we are facing in my church, and in others, is people simply “attending church” rather than being “connected” to the Body of Christ..

What’s missing?..    “Glue”

People need people.. bottom line.. and God’s heart is for people to love people.. and through that, He reveals Himself in ways we can not fathom.. I feel people, need to be connected to a “commuinty” and not a tradition or religion.. but get to know, and fellowship, and worship together in an intimate setting.. yes, its one thing to go to church service and worship God.. but its a whole nother ball game, when you get “REAL” and share Life together.. and thats what its all about.. bottom line.
